maybe this will sound weird, but I think being a weeb is cool. when I was in 6th grade, I thought otakus and weebs were the coolest people ever! that's also why I'm not afraid to say I'm someone who likes anime, and anime girls. Anime has influenced me so that I WANT to work hard. Anime is the one thing that keeps me motivated, every time I go cold on an assignment. I just watch anime, and the one anime that made me work harder for school was death note. I know that death note is not all about school, but seeing Light study hard for his college entry made me think, I want to be a genius like him! What I'm trying to get at is, you shouldn't be afraid to be someone who likes anime, aka a web. I know this is embarrassing for some people, but I promise you anime is becoming more and more of a cool thing. I see a lot of anime profile pictures, but when I ask what anime they see, they mostly try to avoid the question. that's why I think being a weeb at this point in time, could be cool if you play a lot of games. this is why I'm proud to say that I am someone with shit taste in anime, but like to see it.
