Example #576: Prideful Kitten Who Doesn't Easily Take To Others

This is the Five-hundred-and-seventy-sixth week of using the "Perfect Anime Girl Sheet". Notice: This Blog may contain Unmarked Spoilers. *We join the blog still at Topaz's house, with his three assistants as well as Rin and Yuiko being beside him. They are watching him playing with his Switch, with Ririchiyo eventually getting fed up with him.* : Stop playing games, Topaz! You've got a blog to do, or at least introduce! : That's right! Besides, whatever you're playing can't be important enough to make these lovely ladies wait! : Ara ara, thank you for speaking up for us. Especially Rin, who seems to be rolling with it. : I am just enjoying being included. Hanging out... is quite fun. True, there's something to be said for being able to relax like this. It feels like it's been over a year since we've been able to cool down like this. : That's all because of your dumb plots. Not that the story is as bad as much as certain individual blogs, and hopefully you learned from your mistakes- TOPAZ! LISTEN TO ME! *Topaz was playing his Switch again, so he jumps from Riri yelling at him.* : I don't know what you're playing this time. You've already beaten Shield, so it can't be that. : Being fair he might just be grinding money or experience or eggs or something. : Probably Mario Maker 2 now that it had that update. You can be Link! : Link...? : You know, from the Zelda franchise? : Sadly I do not think she knows video games that well. Nothing wrong with that, even if you'll miss out on a lot of my references. Probably most of them that aren't going to pertain to your series. *Rin tilts her head cutely, her finger against her lips with a visible question mark. Kimiko then coughs from this.* : A-anyway... What game are you playing? One that I've waited for too long to play- BoF II! *The girls other than Rin all gasp, the cute ponytail girl being confused.* : Boffa too? I don't understand. : It's not called “BoF”. That stands for Breath of Fire, and it's one of Topaz's favorite franchises. That it is, though a shame that it hasn't had a game in over ten years! : Well, there was 6 but that was not only online-only but Japan-exclusive. And that's not counting all the mobile ports and mobile games. My bad. I meant to say a GOOD game. : And the jury is out on Dragon Quarter. Both in general and Topaz individually, as he's never played it. Right, but I haven't played this game either so I'm really excited to! I love finding old classics that I haven't played yet! : Which is the main reason he hasn't touched Lufia, as he knows that once he does he'll lose out on this feeling. I'm very good at self-control. Unless it comes to spending my time wisely. : At least you finished PreCure! That's got to count for something! True, though it took over a year! I feel bad for the OG girls, as they're far better than a lot of modern seasons. Even if Star Twinkle isn't as bad as some recent ones... : Not that “not as bad” means that it's good. I blame all the prejudice episodes in a row... : A-HEM. Do you not think that we should stop getting distracted? That's a good point. Now, what were we talking about? : Breath of Fire, it seems. Look, the fourth game came out on your birthday in Europe! Awesome! Though not as awesome is that they had to wait over a year compared to Japan and almost that long for America too. Game companies sadly hate Europe too much, and they deserve better! Meaning Europeans, I mean. : I agree. They always put interesting things at the worst time, and more presentations should inconvenience America! As much as I would dislike that, it would only be fair! I'd love to support Europe more, as we've had it too good for long enough! : *Cough* As thrilling and accurate as your words are, I believe that it's time to talk about something more pressing. What are you talking about-OH! *Topaz looks over and sees Rin poking the carpet in the corner, feeling ignored. He goes over and pulls her back.* I feel so terrible, Rin! Today was your day and I got so distracted by everything! : I-It's alright. I know how hard it is to strike up a conversation! That's right! But don't feel bad letting it all out! : Can I do that too? : Save it for your Oniisama, Rika. : Ni~pah! *Rika smiles from that comment, and Rin giggles as well.* See? Having blogs done this way can be fun! You should be like Kurugaya and let me talk about you! : I-I'm still a little worried. It's embarrassing to hear people talk about me, especially ones that I don't know. I can understand that, but do not worry. I won't say anything bad. *Topaz crosses his fingers behind his back. However, this was fairly obvious and even Rin notices.* : H-hey! Don't cross your fingers like that! You're making it too obvious! : I saw too, what gives? Just playing around, though I do suppose that when it comes to your body and libido I might have a few choice words to say. : M-my body? *gulp* L-like what kind of things? : Do not worry, as he should hopefully be fair to you. And I'll be right beside you, to help comfort you. : T-thank you, Anego... *Rin leans against Yuiko's shoulder, who then lays her head against her lap. Rin is a little surprised by this, but feeling Yuiko patting her made the cat-like girl calm down.* It would appear that you're doing fine right now. Do you want me to continue? : Hear that, Rin? Topaz wants to sing your praises. Do you want him to do that? *She tickles the bottom of Rin's chin, as if playing with a cat laying on her lap. Rin even cutely bats at her, and Topaz thinks that he sees her gain whiskers though the cute cat type like her 3-shaped mouth.* : O-of course! I'm sure that he has plenty of great things to say! : I wouldn't go that far-er... W-wait, that was supposed to be in my head! Don't worry, I know that my blog is mediocre at best. Especially when there isn't a plot going on. : Let's hope that plot doesn't invade wildly. You don't have time for that right now. Agreed. I have enough games to play and anime to watch that I don't need something dumb like a PLOT to get in the way. : And another type of “plot” would just be disgusting. That's right. Though I do feel bad that my cautious nature caused me to not do Kud. Nothing wrong with Rin, but Kud at least showed her bare ass and that could help cancel out how bad Kurugaya's mamocentrism was... : Do not worry, as I have a feeling that Zettai will be enjoying a certain girl who is coming up... : Ume finally? : Yes, but not for some time sadly. She'll come soon, but rather I mean next week's girl. Wait, how do you know who is coming up? Are you looking at my plans? : Fufuu, that is for me to know... W-well, let's not get too distracted at the potential next week's girl. After all, we still have to do this week's blog, and I'm pleased to announce that... *Rin looks a little confused.* : D-does this usually take this long? It seems like the introduction was quite complex. : Don't worry about it, Ni-Pah~ That's just him getting distracted far too easily. That is sadly the truth. I can only do my blog and hope for the best. : Do not worry, as I have confidence in you! Or at least that's what Anego tells me. : That is correct. After all, you did such a good job talking about me that I'm sure that you'll do wonders with Rin as well. : Sounds sexual... Anything could be considered sexual with the right mindset, Kimiko. Though it is a shame that I thought the same thing... : Perverts, the whole lot of you. Perhaps, but considering it's lead me to doing this blog I can only say that good things have come from it. But enough distractions! *Topaz looks around, anticipating a surprise but fortunately nothing happens.* Phew, usually when I say that a distraction takes place. Fortunately that means that we'll be able to start right away! ==Head== ===Hair=== Rin has very nice hair, especially for my tastes. It's a nice brown color, a little light but I've heard it be called “chestnut” which is a pretty good description. And don't think that I'm saying that it being light is a bad thing, it fits her very well. It helps that Rin has a ponytail, owing to her somewhat tomboyish/sporty personality. Her sides are long and extend past her shoulders, and while her bangs are “long” it's not like they go past her eyes either (though they do reach her eyes). As mentioned Rin also has a ponytail, of the slim variety, and she uses a cute white ribbon to hold it in place. The ribbon also has a bell on it, for added decoration. She could use her hair being down more, but it's still a cute hairstyle. I like the little touches, such as her hair looking a little messy to show her sporty ways or her cute ahoge. Rin also has her hair up while in the bath in the OVA, while in the series itself she's seen with her glorious hair down instead. I also can't forget to mention that sometimes, at least in the VN, Rin gets cat ears to go with her cat motif. I'm sure that they're more for expression and not something she actually has, but still they look good. Overall Rin has really excellent hair that shows off her cuteness as well as fitting with her sporty personality. Grade: A ===Eyes=== Rin is a little complicated here. Her eyes aren't bad, though they do seem to have a tarame curve. At least from what I can tell; it looks like she might have a tsurime due to the thicker upper lid, which I do like, bur the curve is definitely there. She does have nice corners though (with a stronger top than bottom, at least in the VN), which are quite good. That doesn't seem to be a big problem, mostly just my preferences (and it's not like Rin doesn't scowl) but that's also because she has a bigger issue (comparatively). You see, the anime gave her brown eyes. This doesn't sound too bad, as I do like brown and it matches her hair nicely. However, in the visual novel she has RED eyes. Or at least it looks that way to my dog-like eyes it seems. Regardless her eyes are at least more red in the VN. It's a shame that they had to be so different, but at least it's better than making her eyes blue or something else completely different. I will mention that in certain portraits in the VN her pupils do become small or even needle-thin (much like a cat's) for emphasis. But then again there's her fighting pose which is absolutely amazing. Just look at how well that works! That determined look, that color and shade of her eyes with a nice amount of sheen to emphasize it. I'd say that's a great look and it's a shame that's not her natural look. Overall Rin's eyes are really great, but they could look so much BETTER too which is unfortunate, and I dislike the color change too. Grade: B- ===Face=== Not much to talk about here, as Rin does really well like Kurugaya and a lot of Key characters. She looks very cute, and fits well with my definition of moe. Her nose is small which is great, and I like her soft cheeks. I'm such a fan of this look, which I suppose isn't surprising. It's possible that Rin has fangs, I'm not sure and I'm not sure how to check, but they would fit her cat motif. She really has a great soft look to her, and I really enjoy all her various expressions too. Grade: A So what do you think about the blog, Rin? Enjoying it so far? : I-I think I'm doing fairly well, though I cannot be too sure. How well did you do, Anego? : Ahh~ hearing you call me that is always welcome. But I did a little better in this area. *Rin glares at Topaz with slit cat-like eyes. She even hisses slightly.* : W-what? Why? Do you have something... against cats? I love cats! There's even a catgirl in my harem! E-er, just forget that, it's not important. It's just that there are some differences between you and Kurugaya. Her dark hair and tsurime eyes fit my tastes more, for example. Don't worry, as the next area is where she wasn't able to do as well. : What about about her eyes changing color, Topaz? I imagine that you didn't like that either! True that Rin would probably look a little better with red eyes, but like I said that might just be my dog-like eyes playing tricks on me. : Dog... eyes? So you have problems seeing color? Either that or my laptop monitor is so old that it has trouble showing certain colors. Considering how old it is I wouldn't put it past it, but I imagine that it's mainly a fault on my end. : That's because you're more dog like than you'd like to admit. Hmmm, loyal, dependable, and likes having his belly rubbed. I could see myself being a dog. : Plus you could sleep all day and people will still feed you! Indeed, but all pets do that. Though speaking of pets- *As if called by Topaz his pet dog Jax comes bounding in. His tail wags as he starts to bark at Rin.* : BARK WOOF ARF! *Rin's catlike reflexes cause her to sit up from the dog barking. She looks quite cute, leaning away from Yuiko, and backing against the couch the two were sitting on cutely.* : W-what is this animal doing here? That's just my pet Jax. You can't say that you're scared of dogs, as you were with Kud's just fine. : That's because Kud is a friend, while I've barely met you Topaz. P-please, get this animal away from me! : Whine.... *Topaz's dog lays down, his head against his front paws cutely. Rin feels bad, looking to the side.* : I-I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. Here... Let me pet you. *Rin is nervous, but reaches out to the dog. She pets Jax, who seems quite happy. Rin smiles too, looking as warm and nurturing as she is with her strays. However, the others have noticed this too, with Yuiko speaking up first.* : Ara, it seems that Rin has tamed the wild beast. : Well, I wouldn't say “wild” as Jax is very domesticated. And fat. He just has a small head for his body, and that certainly isn't because we feed him too many table scraps! : Maybe he wouldn't get fat from those if you didn't eat fast food so much. But if we don't have that how can I keep you girls in such assy shape? I-I mean? *Riri, Kimiko, and Rika all glare at Topaz, who looks to the side with a silly face.* : Listen, just because all our weight goes to our asses doesn't mean that you can stuff us full of fattening food! : Now now. I'm sure that is just a side effect and he likes the convenience... Exactly! That! I'm lazy, not perverse! Well, I'm plenty perverse but I mean in this precise point. : Yeah yeah. Whatever. : Perhaps you should continue with the blog to get their minds off this revelation. I don't know if it will help, as body is coming up next. But I'll try my best! ==Body== ===Build=== Rin does a little better than the mamocentric Yuiko, which isn't too surprising. She's sadly shorter, at only 153 cm and 43 kg, but her three sizes being 77-54-80 are a little better. Certainly Yuiko has much bigger hips, but being that Rin has a bigger ass that actually helps her out a fair bit. Being fair a difference of only 3 cm isn't much, but every bit helps. Her ass is pretty good, I'd say. It does look a little flat in a certain VN CG, but I blame that on the jeans she's wearing as in the anime her ass looks bigger while wearing her spats. The VN does have the advantage of showing her technically bottomless, but her anus and womanhood is censored. Darn you Japan, as while it's not covered by mosaic like her “front” would be it's been all but remove in a very deliberate fashion. It looks dumb, and it's obvious that her anus should be there but I suppose there isn't anything that I can do. Sadly she doesn't have anal either, such a shame. In other things, Rin does have fairly nice legs and even though she's sporty she's still cute and slender. I will mention that while Rin herself isn't too strong she slowly builds up power as you go through routes. Think of it kinda like she's the New Game+ option, while the other girls don't change. Overall Rin does kinda well, with a nice slender figure and a round ass (in the anime at least) but she could have used a much bigger difference as that would have looked really sexy. And down with Japanese censorship, as that kind of thing is absolutely awful. Grade: B+ ===Chest=== Rin fortunately does quite a bit better here, being mostly flat and not being too bothered by it. At least as far as I remember, I suppose. She's not absolutely flat, as she seems to have a little bit of a curve in the VN but regardless her chest is mostly small. She also shows her nipples too, but overall she's not too special here. She could be flatter, and she didn't really need to show off her chest either (not that most girls have a reason, but regardless). Grade: B- ===Clothes=== This is another area that Rin does quite well. As mentioned last time I really like the uniforms in this series, with a black jacket with red trim, a white undershirt, a pink ribbon, and a plaid short skirt. Sadly Rin wears short socks. However, to help balance her issues with legwear Rin does wear spats, both in her gym clothes and ordinarily I think. This is nice because it shows off her ass pretty well. Underneath this she wears cute panties and bra, possibly a training bra due to her small chest. We also see her in a casual sweatshirt and jeans, though as mentioned that has its own issues, as well as pajamas. As the plot continues Rin also wears a different and inferior school uniform, which consists of a white jacket with big shoulders and long sleeves, red ribbon, and brown corset-like bottom. The skirt seems to be longer, which is another problem too. Rin is really helped out by official art though, as she has quite a few good outfits. These include a moe shirt, cute lingerie, a towel, a red kimono, a Santa outfit, a sports jacket with bikini, and red goth loli with thighhighs. The official art, normal outfit, and her spats being so iconic (at least to me) all come together to give Rin a good score here. Grade: B+ *Sadly it didn't help, as while the three assistants are no longer glaring at Topaz Rin is instead.* W-what's the matter? Did I say something wrong? : N-no, but you did t-talk... It's really embarrassing, you know! : As a girl from a VN I can understand how bad game CG can cause issues. Luckily I have the privilege of not being from an eroge... : Though you did rub your ass against a window... (Maybe I should do that some time for Topaz-no, not on camera at least!) : H-he invaded my privacy! : Heh heh... : Do not worry, Rin. He just looked at CG, and didn't experience it for himself. Right! So don't worry as I don't know the specifics or anything! : I-I suppose that is fine. But do know that if I did not have this dog on my lap I would have slugged you... *Rin cutely pats Jax's head, as he was laying his head on her lap cutely.* : That's something you don't see every day. A cat-motif girl getting along with a dog so well. : Yaawwwnnn... Jax loves most people. Though I'm surprised that he didn't sniff you relentlessly when you came in. : Heh heh... : You know, being so perverse might be the reason that Topaz doesn't write you into blogs as often... : H-hey! That's no fair! I want my screentime, but I also like staying here and not having to work. I feel the same way. Down with work, and up with laziness! : Not that again, Topaz! Didn't you have enough of that last year? O-oh yeah... I had forgotten. : I can't understand how you could, as it caused a catastrophe that nearly destroyed the house. I'm lucky I was able to contact Moeka to get our butts in gear! : As fascinating as your adventures are, how about we continue with Rin's blog? I am looking oh so forward to hearing how well she did. You won't have to wait long then, as I'll continue with the last section. I hope that she enjoys it! ==Mind== ===Personality=== Rin is a really excellent character for my tastes. She's a shy and dandere-like character on the surface, being very nervous around new people but a lot more confident with those she's close to. That said, she's a little big of a cat, being a little standoff-ish with those she's close too. Her cat motif goes so far that she even hisses sometimes, but in a cute way. She probably got this from all the stray cats that she takes care of, and in the battle sequences Rin can even use them to fight (even if they're cats and might just wander off). Getting to her personality, due to hanging out with her older brother and his friends (the “Little Busters”) she tends to be quite the tomboy. She's good at sports and even with her very reserved personality she is athletic. Sadly her personality does have some issues, as when she has to transfer to another school with no familiar faces she completely breaks down, breaking my heart as she was putting out such a lonely aura. Not only that, but a lot of the plot of Little Busters involves Riki and Rin getting taught by the other characters to survive on their own, as they get in a bus crash and most of them wouldn't be able to survive. Thus they enter a world of repeating days, but the two do so well that they end up saving the entire cast. Being fair this is a very bare bones summary of the plot, and I'm probably making it sound a lot less interesting than it actually is. Anyway, do know that Rin is a very cute imouto with a shy side as well as a cute and funny side. Rin is voiced by Tomoe Tamiyasu who gives her a very cute and blunt (which is also cute) voice that works really well. Sadly she seems to mostly do erotic novel adaptations, but that does include being Makina from Grisaia who is also a cute girl. Overall Rin was definitely one of my favorites from the series and I'm definitely not giving her a good enough description for how much I like her (which seems to be a problem I often run into, as my writing skills are awful). Grade: B+ ===Libido== Rin does fairly alright. She's considered to be very cute with the other girls, as she had to take a bath with both Komari and Kud during that episode. Sadly despite being a younger sister she doesn't seem to have any feelings of longing for Kyousuke. Rather, she seems to be the effective “winner” of the series, which is cute because she's childhood friends with Riki. That said, there are some issues as she was only implied to have “won” at the end of the true route. Rin also likes supporting the other girls in their routes too, excluding Sasami due to the rivalry between the two girls. She also has problems in Refrain, with Rin completely shutting down due to trauma and she has to have a lot of help. And as mentioned Rin does have a route, but she only has very vanilla play as far as I've seen (with missionary and sitting sex being the only examples, and I don't think that the former really shows off her ass too well either). Overall she's a little troubling, but while Rin still has a fairly healthy libido my sympathy goes out to her rather than my lust which is unfortunate. Grade: B- ===Age=== Much like Kurugaya last week Rin is a high school aged girl. That means that she does pretty well, though she does count as a younger sister (sadly not of the protagonist though, even if she does act like his imouto). Rin is about Riki's age, as Kyousuke her brother is in a higher grade. Overall not to much to say here about this cute girl, but she still does quite well. It was as if she was worn out and is hugging Jax, who is also sleeping. They're both in the sunlight from the window too, looking very cute together as Jax even kicks his legs cutely. Topaz starts to whisper.* Awww, I'm glad that I didn't wake them up. Though it seems that my blog was so boring that the blogged girl fell asleep. I wonder if this says something about my blog... : I'm sure that this is just a coincidence. Besides, your blog isn't THAT boring... Well, due to how strange December is this year next week is the Christmas blog already! : ALREADY? But it's barely mid-month! Blame the 26th being the last blog of the year. That means that week will be the year-ending meganekko! : I see then. That makes sense that next week will be the Christmas blog, what with how strange December is. W-wait, that means that next week is a Christmas blog, meaning that it'll be the yearly angel blog too! Precisely! And I have a MARVELOUS idea for who to do next time. I'm sure Zettai will love it too! : Hmmm, hearing that a “marvelous” angel makes me think of a certain one... And if it's her, I know that he'll enjoy it. Though this does mean that he'll be getting a lot of fanservice too... I only hope that he enjoys the KINDNESS that this beauty will bring...
