This anime is way more relevant today due to animegate, censorship and the diversity in anime push. Angel Cop warns the future generations. This anime isn’t afraid of showing the truth. I love the anime because of this reason. Angel Cop predicted many things that the Japan and the Japanese would face. American/Foreign Companies have set their sights on Japan. For years they wanted to infiltrate the Anime industry to promote their propaganda. American Companies want to infiltrate Anime, and turn it to edgy cartoons for the diverse crowd. Anime is a Japanese art form. It isn’t a western one.
Angel Cop is a masterpiece, because it is bold. It isn’t a political correct anime. Blaming this anime for it is accurate predictions is absurd. The anime is extremely well paced, and the characters are interesting.
