Honestly, I don't really have any good reasoning to dock off points from ten.
It's just this anime is a solid 8 for me. Interesting and amazing, it's just not worthy of a 9 and doesn't have the hype or excitement I hold for anime I rated 10, you know?
Did a really good job with introduction to world and its characters though.
