Ok I'm going to try to guess what Sai is going to tell Naruto about what Sakura really wanted to say
But first let me say wow considering I'm only 50% maybe even only 40% paying attention to the show now but still 100% know what's going on it means I didn't miss anything Shikamaru and Sakura and company haven't been saying or revealing their real plans to the audience (THAT'S US!!) yet
-
Ok my guess is that Sakura and company are really planning on trying to find Sasuke without Naruto
Which I guess isn't really a guess because I know Sakura told Kiba in a previous episode "Ok Kiba let's find Sasuke now" soo
huh I guess that's not a guess
But that still doesn't change the fact that we don't know what Sai is going to say to Naruto yet though. But I think that's what Sai is going to say
Looks like Kakashi and Yamato pretty much know what Sakura and company plan on doing without being told anything though
-
OH WHAT?!
Ok Sai said "They plan on disposing Sasuke themselves" which I'm taking to mean he meant that SAKURA AND COMPANY ARE GOING TO TRY TO KILL SASUKE
JEEZ
That
That took me by surprise
I guess I really didn't know what they wanted to after all

God I love the opening sequence in this arc though
Shippuden Opening 9 *_*
One of my favorite intros of all time wowow
Despite watching that intro like a million times on YouTube it's still a lot of fun to watch
It's been a while since I watched Shippuden and didn't skip the intro tbh

Sai (to Naruto): "Saying she's giving up on Sasuke, and declaring she loves you now, frees you from the burden of your promise" I like how this was worded.
"frees you from the burden of your promise"
Also this means that the promise Sakura said that she wants Naruto to bring Sasuke back home is no longer something Naruto needs to worry himself with... but we know Naruto still definitely will
omg now Sai is telling us Sakura is planning on killing Sasuke herself jeez
What the hell is going on in this anime now Sakura sounds crazy now
I like Sai's lines in this episode I don't know why but thank god this anime is finally interesting to me again:
"Sakura.. didn't come to confess her love. She came to tell you something she and her Leaf classmates decided. ...I've come to understand her feelings. And why she couldn't tell you.
... It's because [Sakura] loves [Sasuke] that she can't let him continue to progress toward evil. It's because she loves him that she wants to save him from this path of darkness. Even if that means killing him with her own hands. ...That is how committed she is.. in her love for Sasuke.
Also, by choosing this, she's prepared for you to hate her. I think that, it's how she's atoning for the life-long burden she feels she's forced upon you. Sakura feels she's relied on you too much in the past. This time she wants to do everything herself."

I think every time Sakura hugs Naruto it's either supposed to foreshadow a pivotal moment in Sakura's character development or shows that a pivotal scene in the anime arc ended or began.

Also why does Gaara still wear the gourd on his back? Isn't the whole point of that for the Shukaku? But Gaara doesn't have that anymore
Does he really just wear the gourd to look cool? lol
I mean it does look cool but lol
lol

The music stopped with Naruto dissed Gaara it was so intense I was actually a little scared honestly
So Gaara is planning on protecting Naruto because of Naruto's being a jinchuriki and a friend, even if it means protecting Naruto means Gaara might have to kill Sasuke
Meaning everyone is pretty much trying to hunt down and kill Sasuke at this point, even the Leaf

Sasuke is really out of control though if he's killed like three people at this point (well Itachi let him kill him, Deidara killed himself really, and Orochimaru had it coming he deserves it also Orochimaru was insanely weak when Sasuke killed him but) but still Sasuke really is a criminal; his running away and betraying the Leaf are already criminal enough according to Danzo
